Immigration Medical Exam (Form I-693)

The medical exam (Form I-693) required for most green card applications, performed by a USCIS-designated civil surgeon. Our goal is to offer this at low or no cost so it is not a barrier to your case.

The exam result is sealed and goes with your immigration application. This website never stores any medical information.

How to access this service

  1. Confirm you are ready to file your green card application (we can screen you first).
  2. Schedule the exam with our designated civil surgeon and bring your vaccine records and ID.
  3. You receive the sealed Form I-693 to file with your application.
